Challenge:  Compare a major Kelly Services web application against key competitor applications and identify leapfrog opportunities

Blue Sun Works’ Solution:  We compared common areas across all applications including a login page, home page, staffing order process and online help.  For each area, we focused on key attributes like branding, intuitiveness and efficiency, identifying areas where each excelled and where improvements could be made. As a result of our findings, Kelly Services had the opportunity to leapfrog the competition by adopting the best practices we identified and exceeding user expectations where competitors fell short. In doing so, Kelly Services could create a world-class system to meet the needs of its customers better than anyone else.
