Challenge: To improve the quality and depth of content in classroom-based instructional materials used by collision center employees across the country

Blue Sun Works’ Solution:  Blue Sun Works observed and took detailed notes during the delivery of a classroom-based training course for collision center employees.  Using Adobe InDesign, Blue Sun Works then redesigned the training participant guide by adding and editing course content.  The satisfactory completion of the first course guide resulted in the award of over a dozen addition course projects.  Blue Sun Works continues to work with BASF today.
