Blue Sun Works’ Solution:  Blue Sun Works interviewed JBTC’s customers and staff to understand how the current truck ordering process worked and identify each user group’s information needs. Blue Sun Works is in the process of designing a web-based application that will easily and efficiently allow customers to place orders for trucks at any time, day or night. Future functionality may include online truck progress tracking and valuable reporting tools.
